A brief description of available meeting room facilities
The SRCC has a small meeting room that can accommodate up to 10 to 14 persons in a conference environment. It is located adjacent to the SRCC workcenter and is a quiet environment for informal meetings.
Meeting Room Facilities
- Conference table seats 10 with extra chairs surrounding table
- Wireless and hard-wire LAN (DHCP protocol) for laptop Internet access
- Networked laser printer
- Teleconference and videoconference services available
- Video projector, screen, and laptop computer with presentation software (PowerPoint and Open Office)
- Whiteboard
- Kitchen facilities adjacent to conference room
Larger groups can be accommodated using medium-sized rooms within the Howe-Russell Geoscience Building, on-campus at the Lod Cook Conference Center, or by securing off-site rooms at local hotels.
